3 Things You Must Focus on if you want to 5X Your Launch Revenue. Hint: Your Sales Page isn’t One

Uncategorized Dec 16, 2019

Too busy to read this blog...well I’ve got your back friend. I’ve recorded an audio clip, so you can listen to it easily.

>>Listen Here<<

“I just wish you would tell me what the best revenue generating activities are to focus on Kathryn, because I still feel as if I am in four different places trying to manage all the damn things, while trying to attract more clients.”

Sound familiar?

I hear this all the time from clients. And I totally get it.

I mean, it’s hard not to get
overwhelmed by all the to-dos when it comes to attracting clients.

Things like...

    Emails.

    Website.

    Insta stories.

    Payment options.

    Blogging.

    Sales page.

    Landing page.

    List building.

    FB Ads.

The list goes on my friend. Before you know it, you are swimming (or drowning) in a sea of overwhelm. And you and I both know what happens when we are overwhelmed, right?

We tend not to do anything, because our mind is scattered, and we lack clarity and direction as a result.

Do you agree?

That is
WHY I am sharing the three most important things to focus on in order to 5X your launch revenue.

HINT: Your
Sales Page isn’t One!!

1. Nail Your Launch Messaging

You’ve heard me preach this before, but your messaging is one of the most (if not the most) important tools in your business. Without
stellar messaging that compels your audience to take action, you’ll have a really hard time selling anything.

But far too often, I see people focusing their attention on creating the prettiest website, making sure they have the best technology for email automation, or picking the perfect brand colours, before laying the proper foundation for their messaging.

Your messaging
IS the key to attracting more clients, and 5Xing your launch revenue. And without the proper foundation the sales page isn’t going to matter, trust me!

2. Create an Irresistible Offer

“Duh...Kathryn! I mean tell us something we don’t know.”

The thing is...creating an irresistible offer
YOU think your audience wants is where most people fall flat.

They spend so much time coming up with and creating the perfect idea only to launch it and
NO ONE wants it. An irresistible offer isn’t something you think people want, it’s something your audience needs right NOW in their life and/or business.

So, before you go creating an 8-week program, and all the modules to go with it you might want to test the idea first to see if this is something your audience actually needs.

Another key to creating an
irresistible offer that often gets forgotten is if you aren’t in alignment with your offer you’ll have a hard time selling it.

What I mean by that is...if you aren’t passionate about the work you are offering your audience will feel that and even if your offer is amazing you’ll have a hard time selling and scaling it.

3. Launch that Offer Before Building It

“But Kathryn, I am not quite ready yet.”

If this is something you find yourself saying right now...listen up! As I mentioned above, you want to test your offer first with your ideal audience, before building it.

Say WHAAAAA?

I know, I know!

It’s contrary to everything you’ve been taught. But, let me tell you my heart hurts every time I chat with clients who’ve spent months creating content for their course, but are crushed when they can’t make a sale.

And I don’t blame them!

The amount of energy that goes into creating content only to launch and get little to no sales. It can take the wind right out of your sail. But, the trick is launching an offer first, before building it.

And getting back up on the horse to re-launch, tweak, re-launch, tweak, until you’ve built a solid offer your audience is dying to buy. The thing is, a lot of people aren’t willing to focus on this, because they want results now and fast.

We also HATE rejection. So when we put our offer out into the world and no one buys we tell ourselves our offer sucks, or no one likes what we are putting out there. And if I am being honest most
people quit at this stage.

The thing is building a business takes commitment, patience and a load of courage, because it takes time to get to the point where you can actually scale your offer. So, if you commit to the long haul, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

So what do you say?

Are you ready to start crushing those revenue goals in 2020?

If you focus on these three things, I promise you’ll start experiencing the launch revenue results you want.
